Hunter boots generally run true to size, but if you are between sizes or intend to wear thick boot socks, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is the best way to clean and maintain my rubber boots?
To keep your boots in top condition, wipe them with lukewarm, soapy water after use. For a restored finish, we recommend using Hunter Boot Buffer or Boot Shine to remove the 'bloom'—a natural white film that can occur on high-quality rubber.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do Hunter boots come with a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Are Hunter boots suitable for extreme cold?
While our original rubber boots are waterproof, they are not insulated. For freezing temperatures, we recommend our Insulated or Snow Boot collections, or pairing your boots with Hunter shearling insoles and thermal socks.
